Then we minus 3x from both sides as well
Then we combine together 10x and 3x = 7x
Then we minus 7x from both of the sides
Then we minus 7 from -28 = -35
We divide both sides by 7
When we divide -35 by 7 we get -5 so x= -5

5x+7/2=3x/2-14
=> 10x+7=3x-28
=> 10x-3x=-28-7
=> 7x=-35
=> x=-5
