B is probably wrong. Body cells only use fermentation under anaerobic conditions (it's why your muscles hurt after an exercise, fermentation is toxic and releases lactic acid).

C is right! You can use the process of elimination or research a process called aerobic respiration (breaking down food into energy in the presence of oxygen).

D fermentation is an anaerobic process and we already said it was wrong so it's wrong.
