The number of neutrons don't matter much unless it was outrageously different like 3 protons 3 electrons and 15 neutrons. That would matter. The other choices you were given don't make an awful lot of sense. You don't know how the electrons are distributed in things will 11 electrons 11 protons and 12 neutrons.
