I have 5 personal fitness goals. One goal is 50 push-ups a day this will help me gain arm strength. I also, want to walk up to 2 miles in 30 minutes consistently , this will give me a push and leg strength. id also like to work on core exercises, this would include things like planks and leg raises. I want my core to be strong because it stabilizes my body. I also want to tighten my muscles. if i do this it will lower the fat in my body. Lastly I'd like to keep up with these things consistently so the hard work pays off and i can say i did it.
