Explanation:

-5(3x-1+3x) = 3

add like terms:

-5(6x-1) =3

distribute -5 throughout the Parentheses:

-30x+5= 3

move the constant to the right side and change it's sign:

-30x=3-5

calculate:

-30x= -2

Divide both sides by -30:

x = 1/15
