When you are rounding numbers you have to look at the digit they are looking for. In this case it is 10,000. The ten thousandth digit is 10,000. You look the number 1. Then you look at the number next door to the 1, which is number 9. “5 or more let it sore. 4 or less let it rest.” So the 9 makes the 1 round up. Your number is 2. Which means the answer is 20,000.
