Explanation:
okay we can calculate for gradient.
m=Y2-Y1 /X2-X1
=n-1 /-1-3
=n-1 /-4
Therefore we can say gradient is equal to n-1 /-4 (m=n-1 /-4)
n-1/-4=n-1 /-4
we cross multiply
4(n-1)=--4(n-1)
4n-4=-4n+4
we then solve for n
4n+4n=4+4
8n=8
we then devide both side by 8 in order to get the value of n
8n/8=8/8
n=0
Therefore the line parallel to MN it is horizontaly lined
