Answer: Ryuk buys 2x red apples and 6 green apples from a grocery store. Afterwards, Ryuk buys 3x hats and 4 scarfs at a clothing store. If the amount they spent at the grocery store and clothing store were equivalent, what does the variable x represent?

Given the equation 2x+6=3x+4, x should equal 2. This is because 2x2+6=10 and 3x2+4=10. If x equals 2, both equations can be equal.

(pls dont use the same wording guys, its very easy for teachers to tell if something is copied especially if someone else already submitted the same thing)
