11.7 because the first digit after the decimal is 6 more than 5 even the second one so u have to add one it’s gonna be 7

you're overthinking it, it can't keep adding and adding to make the tenths place a different number it can only be added by one and that one is the number right before it, so going in a line you eventually will get 11.6619. the 9 makes the 1 a 2 and that doesn't change the 6. So the 6 makes the .6 a .7
