Answer:

y = 3

Because y = 0x+3

Explanation:

when slope is 0 we take the y intercept

and show y = 0x+C

We draw 0 as horizontal on line y = 3

and then we find our 2nd point (0.3) and given point ( 6.3)

y = 0x + 3

We can also show formula for full workings

y-y1 = y1(x+x1)

y - 3 = -3 (0) + 6

y-3+3 = 0 - 18 + 3

y = 0x - 15

y = -15 / -7 the (x- 6)^2 + ( x+3)^2 = -36 / 9 = -4

- 4 - 3 = -7

y = 0x - 15/-7

y = 0x - 3

y = 3
