Answer:

Rectangular plot: 2160m by 1080m

Length of Vegetable Garden: 360m

Explanation:

Rectangular plot:

l = 2x

Perimeter of a rectangle = 2(l + b)

Since x is the breadth of the rectangular plot

2( l + x) = 6480m

l + x = 3240m

2x + x = 3240m

3x = 3240m

x = 1080m

Therefore, the rectangular plot dimension is (2160m by 1080m)

Vegetable Garden:

Perimeter of a square = 4y

4y = 1440m

y = 1440m / 4

y = 360m

Therefore the length of the vegetable garden is 360m
