I might be wrong but I think it’s y = 4/3 x + 7/3.

Answer:

y = (4)/(3) + 5 (The y-intercept can be anything however the slope needs to be the same in order for it to be parallel)

Explanation:

B. Write an equation of a line parallel to the line y – 5 = 4/3(x - 2).

y - 5 = 4/3 (x - 2)

y - 5 = 4/3x-(4*2)/3

y-5 = (4)/(3)x + (8)/(3)

y-5+5 = (4)/(3)x + (8)/(3)+5\\\\(5)/(1)*(3)/(3) = (15)/(3) \\\\y = (4)/(3)x + (8)/(3)+(15)/(3) \\\\y = (4)/(3)x + (23)/(3)\\

m = 4/3

Parallel: Same Slope, Different Y-int

y = (4)/(3) + 5
