Two trains, traveling towards each other, left from two stations that are 900

kilometers apart, at 7:00 a.m.. If the rate of the first train is 70 km/h and the
rate of the second train is 90 km/h, at what time will they pass each other

let x = time that they will pass each other

distance travelled = speed * time

distance of train 1 = 70*x

distance of train 2= 90*x

distance travelled is equal to 900km

70x + 90x = 900

160x = 900

x=5.625

convert into hrs, minutes and seconds

5.625 hrs is equal to 5 hrs, 37 mins, and 30 seconds

add this time to 7:00 am to get the answer
