4x - 5 = 4x + 2 (distribute the 2 to 2x and 1)
-5=2 (cancel out 4x because it is the same on both sides)
No solution (because -5 does not = 2)

2x=-1+ 5
2x= 4
Divide 2 by both sides cancel out the 2x and then x will equal 2
Please mark branlist
Also next time use photo math it helps a lot
