Yes, especially during particular classes. As an example, history, I enjoy that subject very much so I would act more extroverted and talk more, especailly to the teacher afterwards. In math, I would act like a goofball since I'm asking many different questions, as I don't understand the subject quite as much. In a class that I don't really care much about/excede, I would stay more quiet. The teacher sometimes doesn't even realize that I'm there because of how quiet I am. I think that these situations changes because of how comfortable I'm feeling. I feel more comfortable in my history and math classes because I'm put into a situation where I have to talk, and that adds some comfort to it. While in my other classes, I don't have to talk, so I don't feel as comfortable.

(If you want to change it, I would suggest changing the subjects and your comfort level.)
