VERY IMPORTANT: Mental Health and Physical are key, when your mind is clear and body is healthy you have time to think about yourself and love yourself for who you are.

Don’t listen to what people say about you (if it’s negative). Surround yourself with people who give out positive energy. Being around people who are peppy, always has a smile on their face can help radiate that energy onto you.

Inspirational quotes on your Lock Screen, about self love, or you can go into your notes app and write down everything you love about yourself and screenshot it and put it as your Lock Screen will help.

1) you would have me as a friend and it would be fixed lol

Jkjk lol

1) make happy sticky notes and put them all over your personal mirror

2) don’t worry about whatever others say about you because they aren’t you (you were made exactly how you were meant to be for a reason so it’s up to you to figure that reason out for yourself)

3) take good care of your health, both mental and physical, and make sure to do something you like once a day to keep happy.
