How Can you improve your eating habits based on your findings

Eating More fruits and Vegetables is a start, eating a plant based meal at least once or twice a week can help, like having plant based chicken tenders or burger. Eat until your 75% full to save space for water or another beverage and to prevent you from over eating. Limit snacking, eat junk food in moderation. Ex: you can have McDonald’s or Wendy’s every two weeks. DRINK LOTS OF WATER (do not over drink but until your satisfied).

-Keep more fruits, low-fat dairy products, vegetables, and whole-grain foods at home.
-Buy a healthy-recipe book, and cook for yourself.
