PLEASE HELP

What is the difference between physical activity and exercise?

Physical activity is a type of exercise performed only in structured setting.

Exercise is needed for physical fitness; physical activity is not.

Exercise is more specific—it is physical activity that typically is planned.

Nothing—the two terms mean exactly the same thing.
