Answer: x= -30

Explanation:

we need to find x, so we have to single out x. Our equation is

-3/5x-3=15 add 3 from both sides to get x alone.

+3 +3

-3/5x = 18 next multiply both sides by 5 to remove the denominator from -3/5x.

5(-3/5x)= (18)5. Note: Repsect the equal sign and mulplity both sides. whatever happens to one side happens to the other.

-3x=90 divide both sides by -3 to get x alone.

x= -30
