for this one you have to go
2x-4+3x+14
Then combine like terms
5x+10
Divide
5/5 and 5/10
Which would be : x= 2
Then you go back to the original measure of ZCAB & ZCAE and plug it in.
So : 2(2)-4= ?
Then the other angle : 3(2)+14= ?
The answer you get for each one add them together and that will be the measure of mZDAC.
I hope this helps :)
