have confidence, and I don't mean going up to a person and asking them out. I mean in yourself- now I don't mean cocky, but being confident can really make someone attractive. Even if it's fale confidence at first, it will turn into real confidence in time. Then just being funny, interesting, but also just being nice- not creepy nice. Just talk to them in a way you would have small talk with a friend. Don't talk to people for the intent of a relationship, it's obvious and can make a person uncomfortable and very uninterested. You don't always have to be attractive to get the person, personality can make someone who isn't so attractive to someone very attractive. I got to go, but hope this helps.
