Referring to the average length of time modern justices sit on the Supreme Court, one law professor stated that, "Serving 25 years or more is too long in a democracy." What do you think he meant by that?

  • Many times criminal cases arises which just bent down in shelves of the supreme court.
  • It becomes sometimes 2-3decades but no justice came out.
  • Democracy stands for for the people ,by the people ,of the people according to abraham lincoin.
  • Hence just should be give as fast as possible.
  • Hence serving 25years is big
