Many times criminal cases arises which just bent down in shelves of the supreme court.
It becomes sometimes 2-3decades but no justice came out.
Democracy stands for for the people ,by the people ,of the people according to abraham lincoin.
Hence just should be give as fast as possible.
Hence serving 25years is big
