PLEASE HELP ME !!

Write the equation of the line that passes through the given point and is parallel to the given line.

Answer:

y = 2

Coordinates (-3,2) is telling you that this point is going to be located in quadrant 2 if you were to graph it, because -3 is the x-coordinate and 2 is the y-coordinate. So if you want a line that passes through point (-3,2), the y-intercept has to be 2 hence y=2. This line is also parallel to line

y = -4.
