HELP PLEASE!! 30 POINTS!!

Read the excerpt from Common Sense.

O ye that love mankind! Ye that dare oppose, not only the tyranny, but the tyrant, stand forth! Every spot of the old world is overrun with oppression. Freedom hath been hunted round the globe. Asia, and Africa, have long expelled her. Europe regards her like a stranger, and England hath given her warning to depart. O! receive the fugitive, and prepare in time an asylum for mankind.

What does this paragraph suggest about Paine?

He is disappointed in the loss of connection between America and the rest of the world.

He feels America will inspire people of other nations to rebel against their governments.

He is hopeful that Great Britain will respond to criticism for their infringement on human rights.

He believes America is the only place in the world where equality and liberty are still attainable.

I’m pretty sure it’s him being dissatisfied with the loss of connection with the rest of the world due to the speech pattern and wording of his phrases such as Europe regards her like a stranger . Which is speaking on how the UK cut ties with American colonists
