TEX MEX

fajitas: chicken sautéed with onions and any type of bell peppers .

crispy tacos: a corn tortilla fried and shaped filled with any meat , lettuce , tomatoes , sour cream and cheese . ( very tex-mex ... mexican traditional tacos are sooooooo good)

MEX.

corn tortillas: fresh corn blended into a paste ,with some times flour , it has a little salt and some type of lard . mixed and then shaped and flattened cooked on a comal which is a flat long griddle.

black beans: black beans are not traditional to mexico... it is Pinto beans... usually cooked with water onions and garlic and refried in a pan with bacon grease.

my familiy is mexican... this is what i eat ... i dont like tex mex food ...
