Opposite angles are equal

\\ \rm{:}\dashrightarrow 3x=x+30

\\ \rm{:}\dashrightarrow 2x=30

\\ \rm{:}\dashrightarrow x=15

So

  • <A=3(15)=45

Answer:

A. m∠A = 45°

Explanation:

Vertical angle theorem: opposite angles are congruent

⇒ 3x = x + 30

⇒ 2x = 30

⇒ x = 15

As m∠A = 3x

⇒ m∠A = 3 × 15 = 45°
