By dividing 35 by 8 it equals 4.375, but since you can’t have .375 of a person you have to round it up. So the answer should be 5.

Answer:

35 students

And 8 tables

So you jsut divide

35/8 = 4.375

So you have 4.375 tables but you can’t have .375 of a table so

You really need 5 tables to seat all the students.
