Answer:

Government has to provide electricity free from load reductions to avoid production interrupts. Industries have to meet their production targets. Government has a responsibility to reason with trade unions to avoid industrial actions(strikes) that harm production.

Employees have to have a sense of ownership to the industries, understanding growth enhances economic stability and employment.

Government has to introduce tax incentives to potential investors as high taxation is not conducive for investment.

There should be proper management of ports of entry and the shipment of goods to their destination.

There should be effective policing to combat crime.
