Please help this is due in like a couple mins lol

what number must you subtract from -13 to get a difference of 0? so i know the answer to this part; its -13 but i dont know how i got that answer like i dont know how to explain it please help WHAT I NEE DYOU TO DO: explain why -13 - -13 = 0

Explanation:

-13 is 13 places from zero to the left. So move 13 places to the right to get to zero. If you move to the left, then that would be -26.

Answer:

When you subtract a negative number from another negative number then the second negative number will become positive and the minus sign will become an addition sign.

In this case:

-13 - (-13) = 0

-13 + 13 = 0
