A grab bag contains 3 football cards and 7 basketball cards. An experiment consists of taking one card out of the bag, replacing it, and then selecting another card. Decide whether the event is independent or dependent. Then determine the probability of selecting a football card and then a basketball card. (Express your answer as a decimal.)

Answer:

I know it's late but just in case any other people need help with this question, here you go :D

Explanation:

7 + 3 = 10

7/10 x 3/10 = 21/100 = 0.21

0.21

This event is dependent, since the first event affects the outcome of the second event.

I hope this helps, and sorry if I made a mistake.
