Perimeter for a trapezoid:
P=side1+side2+side3+side4
P=5.5+6+3.5+7.5
P=22.5 mi

Area for a trapezoid:
A=((base1+base2)*height)/2
A=((5.5+3.5)*5)/2
A=((9)*5)/2
A=(45)/2
A=22.5 mi^2
