200\:\frac{\text{ft}}{\text{sec}}×\frac{1\:\text{mi}}{5280\:\text{ft}}×\frac{3600\:\text{sec}}{1\:\text{hr}}


= 136.36\:\text{mi/hr}

Note that the units of ft and sec get cancelled out and replaced with miles and hr.
