Write the equation of a line that passes through (3,-2) and (-6, 11) in standard form.

y = mx+c

m = 11 - (-2) / -6-(-3) = -13/9

Substitute into equation

11 = -13/9(-6)+C
C = 7/3

y = -13/9x + -13/3 multiply with 9 n you will get

Answer = y = -13x - 39
