y = -2x/3 + 5
Explanation:
Formula
= y - y1 = m(x - x1)
from the question our
X1 = 9
y1 = -6
placing in equation
y - 9= -2/3( x - (-6) )
Note: m = gradient (-2/3)
3y -27 = -2x -12
3y = -2x -12 + 27
y = -2x/3 +15/3
y= -2x/3 +5
