divide 32 by 8 and 24 by 8.

You will get 4 and 3

Answer:

16 boys : 12 girls

8 boys : 6 girls

4 boys : 3 girls

Explanation:

We divide each number 32 and 24 by their common factors. Which would be 2,4, and 8. So each time that we divide we could keep dividing the numbers by two to get to the finally simplyfied ratio. (32/2 =16 then 16/2 =8 finally 8/2 =4) we would also do that for 24. (24/2 = 12 then 12/2 =6 finally 6/2 =3)
