you use the pythagoras theorem to solve this. we know the base is 7.5 or 14/2 and the hypotneus is 19.5

a^2 + b^2 = C^2

7.5^2 + b^2 = 19.5^2

b^2 = 19.5^2 - 7.5^2; b =
\sqrt{19.5^(2) -7.5^2} = 18

b = 18
