Total men workers = 148
Total women workers=97
Total workers( men and women)= 148+97=245
:. Percentage of women workers = (97/245)x 100=39.6%

148+97= 245 (total people)
97/245= .3959 to get to a % you times by 100.
.3959*100= 39.59%
