Answer: 13.5 inches

We can use ratio to find this.

?/9 = 6/4

?=6/4 * 9

?=13.5

Find the scale used on the width:

New width / old width = 9/4 = 2.25

Multiply the original height by the scale:

6 x 2.25 = 13.5

Answer: 13.5 inches
