  • Gluttony; this maybe dangerous to the health possibly cause anorexia nervosa and bulimia disorder, but when you self discipline you can prevent it from happening
  • Drug Abuse; self discipline help to control this in nowadays generation. it help us to make a goal of going to the doctor/ seek direct medical advice, erasing self medications (which is not good)
  • Alcoholism; self discipline help to drink responsibly (if at all you want to drink), not turning oneself to a drunkard
  • Food; self discipline help to take note of what we eat and drink (to check if it's good for our body), so as not to cause hazard to our system
