Answer:

T1 + T2 cos 60 = 1000 cos 15 balancing x-forces

T1 + T2 / 2 = 966 (I)

1000 sin 15 + .866 T2 = 1200 balancing y-forces

259 + .866 T2 = 1200

T2 = 941 / .866 = 1087 value for T2
