3x-4y = -13

Explanation:

(x1,y1) = (1,4)

slope m = 3/4

Equation of a line is y-y1 = m * (x-x1)

y-4 = 3/4 * (x-1)

Multiply by 4,

4*(y-4) = 3*(x-1)

4y-16 = 3x-3

3x-4y = 3-16

3x-4y = -13
