Answer:

(1 , 2), (2 , 4), (3 , 6), and so on

Explanation:

10/5 = 2, so each cookie costs $2. So, for every time you increase x by one, you increase y by two.

1 = $2 2 = $4 3 = $6 4 = $8 etc.
