let L represent the rectangle’s length and W its width. Then (in feet)
L = 2*W + 5
2*W + 2*L = 28
So
2*W+ 4*W + 10 = 28
6*W = 18
W = 3
L = 11
For a reason I got this?
This might be wrong thow but I agree with the comment above mines

Answer: The width is 4
Explanation:
length= 2x+5
13=2x+5
8=2x
4=x
