Explanation:
Exponential Form :
(a^m*a^n ) = (a^m+n )
7^-6 = 7^-2 * x
(only 7^-4 the term that can add to 7^-2 gives
= 7^-6 )
7^-6 = 7^-2 + 7^-4
( a^m*a^n) = ( a^m+n)
