\sin(90 - x) = \cos(x)


\sin(90 - (3x + 3) = \cos(x + 71)


90 - 3x - 3 = x + 71


87 =4 x + 71


16 = 4x


x = 4

Plug in 4 for x and one of the angles we get are 75 and the other would be 15.
