-5 + 3b + 27b - 15 + 9b^2

Simplify like terms of b.

-5 + 30b - 15 + 9b^2

Simplify constants

30b - 20 + 9b^2

Rearrange it so its easier to tell

9b^2 + 30b - 20

Now solve for the roots,

which gets you x = .5694 & x= -3.902
