Firstly opposing angles are equal
So z = 6x+44

The total of angles around a point is 360
Instead of adding all 4 angles since we know the opposite ones are equal we can simply multiply each of those by 2

2 (6x+44) + 2 ( 10x+8) = 360
12x+ 88 + 20 x + 16 = 360
32x + 104 = 360
32x= 256
x= 8

Now substitute the value of x and find the angles
(6x+44)
(6*8 + 44)
= 92

Ans: x = 8
z= 92
