Answer:

s = 22t or
(t)/(s) = (1)/(22), when s is students and t is teachers.

Explanation:

I. Given t = teacher, s = student

When 1 teacher per 22 students so...

s = 22t

If there're 10 teachers

s = 22(10)

= 220 or
(t)/(s) = (1)/(22)
