2. Ptolemy did his best given the idea that earth was the center of the universe,but Copernicus came up with a more simpler model by abandoning that assumption. People had to agree that the sun was the center of the solar system before they could be Copernicus was correct.
3.Ptolemy believe that the planets, the sun , the moon, and the starts all orbited the earth. The earth, in the heart of the universe remained stilled .
