Which "Zone" should you warm up in?

Zone 1 is used for warming up, cooling down, and it is often used for recovery during interval training (Zone 1 is used if you want a fresh effort for the next interval, Zone 2 is used for recovery if your goals are to add more stress to the aerobic system).
